Grace Lutheran Manor provides one-bedroom independent living suites to seniors.  It is managed by a Board consisting of members of Grace Lutheran Church and others.  A professional building manager and caretaker are on staff.  Rents are linked to an applicant's or resident's income level.  Grace Manor provides a clean, attractive, video-secured building, social activities, ample parking, and a location next door to Grace Lutheran Church with access to congregational activities.  A bus-stop is located in front of the building.
